Application Fee

To become a vendor on Archetyp, a one-time application fee of 650€ is required, which is payable in XMR. This is roughly equivalent to 4.43911 XMR. The fee must be deposited in advance to your Archetyp wallet to proceed with your application.

Rules & Information

1. Submit Proof Images: Please upload images to filehole.org, ensuring they’re stripped of metadata and presented as product images on Archetyp. Each image should clearly include your Username + Archetyp + Current Date for verification.
2. Answer Every Question: We ask that you complete every question in the application form, even if your answer is simply "no." Transparency is key to building trust.
3. No Refund Policy: Please be aware that the application fee is non-refundable. If your application is rejected or incomplete, we will not be issuing any refunds. Make sure to provide all requested information before submitting your application.
4. Act with Integrity: Once accepted, it’s essential that you treat everyone with respect and honesty. Do not engage in any fraudulent or deceitful behavior. Archetyp thrives on mutual trust.
5. Contacting the Admins: If you need support or assistance, please do not send private messages. Instead, visit the support section and submit a ticket so we can assist you properly.
6. Access with Caution: Only use the official Archetyp mirrors or the private mirror feature available in your settings. Always stay vigilant against phishing attempts and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
7. Encrypt Your Communication: Never send sensitive information in plain text. Always use encryption for secure communication. Additionally, when applying, please use a fresh account that is not linked to any other accounts.
8. Respect for the Platform: Archetyp is a high-quality marketplace. We ask that you limit your listings to a reasonable amount, ensuring they meet the platform’s standards. This isn’t a place for spam, but for vendors who respect the community.
9. Forum Conduct: Vendors are welcome to post in the vendor forum, but please note that you may only create one thread in the vendors section after you’ve been accepted as a vendor.
10. Stay Informed: We encourage all users to stay updated by reading the FAQs, new announcements, and patch notes. Being a helpful and friendly member of the community is important. Also, don’t forget to read the rules available in the help section!
